
Public Yoga classes are 1 hour long. Classes vary in size from 4 to 24 members.
Yoga I classes are multi-level, traditional yoga classes that incorporate all eight limbs of yoga practice: do's and don’ts, breath control exercises,
body exercises, healers, sense withdrawal, meditation and relaxation.
Shakti Yoga classes combine traditional yoga asanas with additional energy exercises to improve vitality and stamina. The word “shakti” means energy.
